Omniphysiocare provides professional physiotherapy services including but not limited to: • Musculoskeletal physiotherapy • Sports rehabilitation • Neurological rehabilitation • Post-operative physiotherapy • Pediatric physiotherapy • Home visit physiotherapy • Electrotherapy and manual therapy All services are provided by qualified and licensed physiotherapists.

• Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or WhatsApp • We request 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances • Same-day appointments are subject to availability

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made • We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and major payment cards • Package deals and advance bookings are non-refundable unless due to clinic error • Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice • Insurance claims are the responsibility of the patient

For home physiotherapy visits: • A safe and adequate treatment space must be provided • An adult must be present during the session • Additional charges apply for home visits based on distance • Home visit appointments require 24-hour advance booking • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue home visits if safety concerns arise
